According to official FIFA news, Chile will host the 2025 U20 World Cup and Poland will host the 2026 U20 Women’s World Cup.
The FIFA Council held a meeting in Saudi Arabia and determined that the first new version of the Club World Cup will be held in the United States from June 15 to July 13, 2025, with a total of 32 teams participating.
At the same time, this meeting also determined the venue for future youth events. Chile will host the 2025 U20 World Cup, and Poland will host the 2026 U20 Women’s World Cup.
In terms of participating teams, there are 24 teams participating in both events, namely 4 teams from the AFC, 4 teams from the African Football Confederation, 4 teams from the CONCACAF, 4 teams from the CONMEBOL, and 4 teams from the Oceania Football Confederation. 2 teams, UEFA 5 teams and the host nation.
