Former Tottenham defender Hutton accepted an interview with the media and proposed that Tottenham introduce a new goalkeeper to promote competition.
“You absolutely need a new goalkeeper to compete with Vicario,” Hutton said.
“But you should also look at what’s going on at Arsenal, people have been talking about Ramsdale and Raya.”
“Both of them are under pressure and whoever makes a mistake will be out.”
“Vicario’s performance has been great since joining Tottenham. He made some key saves and he has really improved in this team.”
“Bazunu is the ideal candidate, but he won’t be in one position. Can he compete with Vicario? Probably.”
