On January 10, Premier League Tottenham officially announced that the team had loaned German forward Werner from Leipzig.
Werner’s loan contract will end at the end of the season, and Tottenham has a non-mandatory buyout clause of 17 million.
The 27-year-old Werner has played 14 times for Leipzig this season, scoring 2 goals and assisting 1 goal.
